Dr. Juan Federer is a recognized expert on the problems of fragile states. He is currently addressing this issue in Africa and specifically in the Côte d’Ivoire where he and colleagues from West Africa are discussing a strategy for greater democracy in Côte d’Ivoire with members of the UN Security Council.
